A design initiative to build quality houses faster, for less

It’s a challenging marketplace for developers in the current climate, which is why we have developed Accelerator. It’s a partnership of six experienced design consultants committed to streamlining the workflow from pre-construction to the construction-ready stage. By adopting LEAN principles and working collaboratively in a shared space, we offer three types of structural materials – timber, masonry block or concrete – providing off-the-shelf packages with significant savings and time efficiencies at the design and construction stages.

Our aim is to support developers' evolving needs by incorporating repeatable standard library typologies, details, and processes learned through our extensive collective experience and relationships with key industry contractors. This methodology provides cost reduction, quality control, speed of delivery, and alignment of all parties at the front end, what’s more, we’ll be passing on continuous learnings to speed up the process for future projects.
